MATT ROY

Born and raised somewhere in the swamps of Jersey, Matt Roy landed in Nashville in 2014 and found himself a home on Music Row a few years later. His song credits include Chris Janson’s No. 1 single “Done,” Morgan Wallen’s “Money on Me,” Jake Owen’s 2023 album title track “Loose Cannon,” and others with artists including Kane Brown, Chris Young, Ashley Cooke and more. He is a signed writer with Big Machine Music (BMM) and has also started to record and release his own songs as an independent artist.
